For domestic clients: Orders of standard in-stock items confirmed before 16:00 on the same day are
eligible for same-day dispatch. For out-of-stock or custom special-order components, lead times will
be updated in line with manufacturers’ production schedules; our dedicated order coordinators will
take the initiative to communicate estimated goods arrival dates with you.
For overseas clients: Shipment via designated international couriers including DHL, FedEx and TNT
will be arranged immediately upon receipt of full payment. For large-volume bulk shipments with flexible
delivery timelines, we can recommend air freight or sea freight solutions to cut overall international
logistics expenses.
